Shipping.

We ship to United States, Canada, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden and The United kingdom. For the UK import taxes are applied on orders above GBP 135. Read more about import taxes here.

It takes 2 to 7 working days to process your order and 2 to 10 days for delivery depending on where you live. All our products are sent from our trusted print partner in The Netherlands. After your order you will receive a DHL track and trace link so you can follow your order.

My order should be here by now, what should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Wrong and damaged items will get a free replacement if eligible. Please send a photo, description and your order ID to sales(@)tokiozoo.com.

What’s your Return Policy?

All sales are final, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. We do not offer refunds because each shirt is custom made specially for you.
